Refund and Returns Policy

Conditions of returns and exchanges

If you wish to return all or part of your order, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The item(s) you want to return or exchange must have been purchased on the website abduction51.com and delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the article must be returned in the condition you received it, in a re-sellable state and in its original packaging with all instructions for use, accessories and its original barcodes and labels. In the case of an item which is damaged, worn or returned without its associated packaging, Abduction 51 reserves the right to refuse the return of your order. It is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To arrange a return, please email us at returns@abduction51.com with details of why you wish to return the item(s) and we will get back to you with next steps for your return.

When sending your return, we always recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or be held responsible for missing returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please send an email to help@abduction51.com with photos of the defect and we will get in touch to discuss a refund or exchange.
